Dan Puglisi holds the title of Corporate Director of Food & Beverage of Peachtree Hotel Management, reporting directly to Patrick O’Neil, President of Peachtree Hospitality Management. As Corporate Director of Food & Beverage, Dan is responsible for overseeing and developing our Food and Beverage initiatives, concepts, and operations across our entire portfolio.
With over 13 years of industry experience, Dan honed his culinary and management skills at some of the top restaurants and resorts in the nation. Dan has successfully developed, branded, repositioned, and opened more than 20 food and beverage concepts nationally; Most recently serving as the Corporate Director of Food and Beverage with Northview Hotel Group.
Dan holds degrees in both Food Service Management & Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
