Senior Regional Sales Director

George joins Peachtree Hospitality Management with a 20+ year record of achievement and demonstrated success driving multi-million dollar sales growth while providing award-winning sales leadership in highly competitive markets.  His most recent experience includes his post as Regional Sales & Marketing Director for Hospitality Management Corporation in Dallas where he was responsible for a portfolio of 35 hotels.  Prior to HMC, he was with Intercontinental Hotels Group (IHG) based remote in Dallas where he provided consultative sales leadership to 480 franchise hotels and 11 Area Managers, as a Regional Sales & Marketing Director.  During his 9 years with IHG, George won several awards and was consistently recognized for his outstanding performance.  In 2009, he was chosen to participate in the development stages of IHG Way of Sales, he’s been recognized as Sales Performance Director of the Year for RGI Growth and was a key member of the “Elite 8” Market Sales Directors Team that delivered $18 million dollars in incremental revenue to the Crowne Plaza brand within a 4 month time frame, as part of the 2011 Americas CP Performance Challenge.  George is an exceptional mentor and coach.  He is tenacious in building new business, securing customer loyalty and forming strong relationships with external business partners.  A native from Texas, George has lived in NYC, Houston, Austin and now resides in the Dallas area.  George is single, but has been raising his nieces and nephews as his own children and has been a proud parent for the past 20 years.  When he is not working, he loves to travel the world and is also passionate about photography and sunsets.
