Marshall originally joined Peachtree in 2011 as the General Manager of the Four Points Sheraton in San Antonio, TX. Soon after he was promoted to Area Manager, overseeing multiple properties in the San Antonio market. For the past two years he has served in the role as a Task Force Manager for Peachtree and has made stops at many of your hotels.

Prior to joining Peachtree, Marshall was the Regional Director of Operations for Hospitality Management Company, based in Dallas Texas. He has also worked for American Liberty Hospitality, Highgate Hotels, Amersco Management, Guild Hotel Management and Charter Lodging Management.

His career has spanned a variety of properties and brands, such as; Radisson, Sheraton, Hilton, IHG, Four Points, Choice and Marriott; from limited service to full service and resort and spa properties. Marshall also earned the distinction of CHA ( Certified Hotel Administrator ) through the Educational Institute of America. He has received the President’s award for Excellence from both Radisson Hotels and Sheraton Hotels, served as the President of the Sabine Parish Chamber of Commerce and Chairperson for the Central region for Radisson Hotels.

Growing up in the hotel business and being the fifth generation of their family in the hospitality industry, it is not surprising to hear his career started at the early age of 6. Marshall spent the summers and many days after school helping with the housekeeping. He was quickly promoted to dishwasher and then it began to grow from there. He started off his college career as an LSU Tiger and then brought it to a close at Cornell University, earning a BS degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
