Alex Hancock
Senior Investment Analyst
Alex is responsible for evaluating potential acquisitions to place in various PHG funds, underwriting purchases of notes on sale from banks and other financial institutions, and handling dispositions of properties in our portfolio.
Alex brings over seven years of experience to the Peachtree Investment Team. He began his analyst career as a Corporate Credit Analyst at Raymond James Bank in St. Petersburg, FL. Alex has also been a Senior Financial Analyst at HVMG, Research Analyst for MetLife, and most recently Real Estate Private Equity Associate for the Leadership Development Program at Milestone Partners. He holds a bachelors degree in finance from Wake Forest University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flager Business School with concentrations in Finance and Real Estate.
