Dale McCambridge
Corporate Director, Engineering
Dale joined Peachtree Hospitality Management in 2020 as Corporate Director of Engineering. In this role, he oversees the engineering, preventative maintenance, and MEP replacement support for Peachtree's full portfolio.
Prior to joining Peachtree, he held the Corporate Director of Engineering and Regional Director of Engineering positions at Hersha Hospitality Management where he oversaw the engineering, preventative maintenance, and MEP project management teams for 130 full and limited-service hotels across the US. Prior to Hersha, he worked his way through the ranks as chief engineer later advancing to Regional Director of Engineering for GF Management and Pocono World Resorts. Dale holds the CEOE designation from the American Hotel and Motel Association, attended Hobart School of Welding Technology, is an EPA certified HVAC technician, and holds other numerous certifications. Throughout his career, he has completed MEP capital replacements totaling more than $300 million and has worked with all major hotel brands and independent hotels.
