Dan is responsible for operational oversight of all development projects including new hotel construction, renovations, and concepting F&B outlets.
With nearly 20 years of F&B experience, Dan honed his culinary and management skills at some of the top restaurants and resorts in the nation. Dan has successfully developed, branded, repositioned, and opened more than 30 hotels, resorts and F&B concepts nationally. Dan holds degrees in both Food Service Management & Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University.
