David MacRae

Dave brings over 25 years of expertise to PHM, including building successful hotel accounting organizations for high growth acceleration. Dave’s experience includes extensive management finance and accounting operations, asset management, processes and systems implementation and enterprise profitability. Prior to joining PHM, Dave was CFO and VP of Finance of Trust Hospitality where he led a team of 30 Accountants and Controllers in multiple countries. Dave has also served as Area Controller/Director of Finance for Omni Hotels Corporation and Divisional Controller for Planet Hollywood International, where he was responsible for the profitability of over $140 million in revenue over both restaurants and retail stores. Dave started his career in accounting with Hyatt Hotels where he held roles in both hotels and the Corporate Office. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science-Comprehensive Accounting degree from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire.
