Denisse has 11 years of experience in the hospitality and tourism field. Her experience includes a Michelin Star Restaurant in Lyon, France, the Department of Tourism in Mexico City, and a consulting firm that audited restaurant and hotel kitchens under SERV Safe program. Denisse also held positions with RIU Hotel Cancun and Westin Atlanta as Front desk Manager, Housekeeping Manager, and Accounts Payable. Most recently, Denisse served as a Branch Manager for a hospitality staffing company.
Denisse holds a Bachelor's in Administration and Accounting from The School of Business and Commerce "EBC" in Mexico City and a Master's in International Hospitality Management from "Vatel" International School of Business and Management in France.
