Eugene is responsible for managing all aspects of ground-up construction on Peachtree's new development projects.
Eugene brings a blend of hospitality development and commercial construction development experience to Peachtree Hotel Group. Prior to joining Peachtree, Eugene functioned as Senior Project Manager for CrossPlex Village mixed-use development. At CrossPlex Village Eugene’s responsibilities included managing the civil construction of a 38-acre site, development and construction of a new hotel, including stand alone retail such as Starbuck's, Walgreens, and quick service restaurants. Eugene graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science in Building Construction. Eugene is also a licensed General Contractor in Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina.
