Florian is responsible for financial analysis and underwriting support for Peachtree and Stonehill’s investing, lending, and asset management activities.
Florian joined Peachtree’s Investment Team in 2021 after relocating from San Antonio, TX. Prior to Peachtree, he worked as an Investment Associate for Presidian Hotels & Resorts, a Texas based hotel investment and management company. After moving from Germany, Florian started his career at GrayStreet Partners, a vertically integrated real estate private equity firm, where he was responsible for evaluating and underwriting potential development and investment opportunities primarily in the office and mixed-use sector.
Florian earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics and Business, Austria.
