Jake's primary responsibilities include overseeing the legal, regulatory, and compliance aspects of Peachtree and its affiliates.
Prior to joining Peachtree, Jake was with Avanos Medical, Inc., a publicly-traded medical device company, where he served as Assistant General Counsel with responsibility for M&A and commercial transactions. Jake began his legal career as a Corporate Associate with King & Spalding, LLP, where he advised on M&A transactions for public and private companies and private equity funds.
