Senior Analyst, Asset Management

Jadah is responsible for analysis and underwriting support during the origination and execution of real estate acquisitions, investments and CPACE Transactions.

She most recently served as an Associate Financial Analyst for Trimont Real Estate Advisors, responsible for maintaining a portfolio of ground-up construction and preferred equity loans across all commercial types. Before then, Jadah was a Financial Analyst for Wells Fargo Commercial Real Estate providing financing services on a $315 million loan portfolio and provided financing services to real estate owners, developers and investors through all stages of their growth and development. She also owns a financial literacy educational platform helping young adults make effective decisions with their financial resources.

Jadah earned her bachelor’s degree in mathematics with a minor in Mandarin Chinese from Mount Holyoke College. She also attended Peking University in Beijing, China.

What's your favorite hobby/pastime?

I used to dance pre professional Ballet along with other forms of dance growing up. So whenever I get a chance to join a dance class I try too.
