Jill’s primary responsibilities include managing hotel chargebacks, beginning the process for new accounts opening, and wire transfers.

Jill has 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry as a line employee and manager, including owning and operating a small QSR franchise. Although Jill has worked in front of house and back of house positions, Jill prefers working back of house where Jill can use her organizational and multitasking skills and attention to detail for the better of the organization.

Jill holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Penn State University in Hotel and Restaurant Management and a Master of Science degree from Purdue University, also in Hotel and Restaurant Management.
