As the Director of Capital Markets, John helps the ongoing growth of Stonehill's debt portfolio by establishing a clear and executable strategy to source debt capital, developing and growing existing relationships, and negotiating terms.
John brings years of experience in collaboration and relationship building with Banks, Credit Unions, and Borrowers - helping them to better manage their balance sheet and loan portfolios. Prior to Stonehill, John was a Capital Markets Senior Associate for MountainSeed Real Estate Services. John holds a Bachelor's Degree from The University of Mississippi.
