Karen Mazviwanza
Manager, Asset Management Accounting
Karen is responsible for financial accounting review and preparing financial statements for PHG owned properties. This includes supporting the transition of properties into or out of PHG ownership, preparation of closing entries, assisting with loan compliance, cash flow forecasting, as well as enhancing fixed asset reporting process.
Prior to joining Peachtree Hotel Group, Karen worked as an Assistant Controller for an Atlanta based multi-family developer. Earlier career experiences include 8+ years in REIT accounting with large firms that own and operate Retail, Industrial and Class-A office buildings. Karen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Midlands State University and attended Kennesaw State University – College of Continuing and Professional Education.
