Kayla provides strategic and analytical revenue insights, assists with budgets and forecasts, and provides guidance on group and account rates.
She started in the hospitality industry in high school working at the front desk in a full-service hotel in Fargo, ND. She has held multiple positions from operations to sales, and most recently Corporate Revenue Manager. Notably, she has been part of the IHG rebranding launch and a revenue team that won Franchise Revenue Management Team of the Year from Marriott multiple years. Kayla graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor degree in Hospitality Management with minors in Business Administration and Marketing. After graduation, she moved to Minneapolis, MN to take a retail management position before she returned to the hospitality industry. Kayla also enjoys speaking to hospitality classes about revenue management and mentoring those who would like to learn more about the hospitality industry.
