Kelly Mascari
Vice President, OperationsKelly's primary responsibilities include supporting and strengthening the Regional Director of Operations team, growing culture for guest experience and employee engagement, and creating environment for General Managers and teams to grow careers.
Kelly has been in the Hospitality Industry for almost 25 years working in both Operations and Sales. Her background in leadership is extensive- holding Senior Vice President and Vice President titles. She was the Senior Vice President of Operations for Pillar Hotels & Resorts, Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for First Hospitality Group, Senior Vice President for Food for Thought and most recently Chief Sales Officer for Pinstripes Restaurant Group.
In addition, Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in communications from the University of Missouri, Columbia. Kelly is a Leadership Mastery Trainer and PI Certified Coach.
