Lisa Nordel

Lisa has over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry that spans across hotel, office, retail and multi-family property types. Prior to joining Stonehill, Lisa served as Chief Financial Officer for an Atlanta-based multi-family developer financing over $300 million in assets. Earlier career experiences include working for Starwood Capital Group in various roles which include asset management of an $800 million portfolio and Controller for a $3.5 billion real estate portfolio. Earlier in her career, Lisa was a Regional Controller in the asset management division for a national insurance company. Lisa earned a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from The Ohio State University. She is a certified public accountant, an active member of the Georgia Society of CPA’s and CREW.
