Michael Ritz
Senior Vice President, Investments
Michael is responsible for managing originations, underwriting and deal execution on Peachtree and Stonehill’s debt and equity investments.
Prior to joining Peachtree in 2017, Michael worked for Marcus and Millichap’s National Hospitality Group, where he was responsible for national market research, hotel asset valuations, inventory analytics and underwriting model development for all primary asset classes.
Michael graduated from Stonehill College with a Bachelor of Science in Finance. He then graduated from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a Masters of Management in Hospitality, concentrating in Real Estate. During his time in college, Michael worked with hotel owner-operators Hilton Worldwide and Hyatt Hotels Corporation.
