Patrick O’Neil
President, Operational Asset Management
Patrick leads Peachtree's asset management division and is dedicated to the performance of PHG's equity, preferred equity, PHOTA, and distressed debt assets.
He started at Peachtree in 2016 as the President of Peachtree Hospitality Management and moved to the Asset Management team in early 2020. Prior to joining Peachtree, Patrick was the Senior Vice President of Operations for Northview Hotel Group where he was responsible for Northview’s East Coast portfolio which included both branded hotels and independent resorts. Prior to joining Northview, Patrick was the Executive VP of Operations and Partner at NYLO Hotels, where he helped launch and conceptualize the lifestyle brand. At NYLO, Patrick was responsible for the daily operations of NYLO’s portfolio, budgeting, sales and marketing, asset management, capital planning, hiring, hotel openings and programming, and guest service results and initiatives. Prior to NYLO, Patrick worked with Starwood both in New York City and in Europe. Patrick earned a Bachelors of Science from Boston College where he majored in both accounting and finance. He is also a graduate of Harvard Business School.
