Russ Perry
Field Project Manager, Renovations
Russ is responsible for onsite renovation management including scheduling and general contractor management as well as reporting renovation progress to shareholders and upper management.
He brings 10 years of ground-up and renovation experience to Peachtree’s development and renovation programs. Prior to joining Peachtree, Russ was a Field Superintendent for Batson Cook, a Project Manager for Home Depot Renovation Services, and Site Project Manager for Atrium Hospitality. Past project work includes a ground-up Midtown condo and multiple Embassy Suites renovations. Russ holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction from Southern Polytechnic State University.
