Scott is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting for portfolio properties.
Scott brings over 10 years of both on- and above-property accounting experience to the PHM Accounting Team. Most recently, Scott held the position of Staff Accountant at Interstate Hotels & Resorts where he was responsible for income journals audits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end entries, monthly bank statement reconciliations, and preparing financial statements and analysis for 7-10 hotels. Prior to Interstate, Scott served in a variety of hotel accounting roles, including Staff Account, Assistant Controller, and Accounts Receivable Coordinator. Scott attended Tarrant County College where he earned an Associate’s Degree in Computer Science.
