Shara is responsible for overseeing hotel portfolio with focus on employee morale, profits, guest satisfaction and brand compliance.

Shara has been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years, working in various select and full service operations and sales roles. Shara joined Aimbridge Hospitality's corporate team as Area Director in 2014. In 2017, she was promoted to Regional Director of Operations and in 2020 to Regional Vice President of Operations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Purdue University.

What's your favorite hobby/pastime?
Anything outdoors; hiking, biking and swimming. I also love traveling with my husband. We take turns each year picking where we go next. 2023 we are traveling to Australia and New Zealand.
