Tanya supports property sales teams for a portfolio of limited and select service hotels. She is responsible for managing, supporting, and training hotel sales teams as well as implementing dynamic marketing strategies to ensure revenue optimization along with capturing overall revenue generating market opportunities.
Tanya has been in a sales capacity for more than 14 years and specific to the hospitality industry for more than 8 years. She started in hospitality as an on property sales manager at a downtown Madison, WI hotel where she found her industry passion and was able to implement her previous sales experience from telecommunication and software sales while she learned all things hospitality. From there, Tanya went on to hold heightened sales roles including Regional Sales Manager, Director of Sales, Task Force Sales and Regional Director of Sales for various flags across the U.S. under the Marriott, Hilton and IHG brands. Prior to finding her home in hospitality sales, Tanya utilized her degree in Criminal Justice where she worked in various law enforcement roles including dispatch, undercover operations, special investigations and patrol.
