Tim manages and oversees the sales strategy for the select service and extended stay portfolio. Tim leads a regional team of sales leaders who support each hotel. He works closely with property leadership, the executive team and home office support team members on improving the performance of existing operations, ownership/management transitions and opening newly developed hotels.
Tim Horan has more than 20 years of hospitality experience. He’s an enthusiastic leader who has developed a successful track record of meaningful accomplishments throughout his career. Prior to joining Peachtree Hotel Group, he lead the sales and marketing efforts of IHG’s Extended Stay portfolio as the Director of Extended Stay Sales and Marketing. In this role Tim led a team of 10 regional sales specialists supporting over 500 hotels in North America. Prior to that role, Tim was a Regional Sales Director for IHG’s upscale portfolio in the New York, Philadelphia and DC major markets.
