Ankit Patel
Manager, Development
Ankit is responsible for managing all aspects of ground-up construction on Peachtree's new development projects.
Ankit joined Peachtree Hotel Group in 2018 as a Development Manager. Prior to working at Peachtree, Ankit was a Development and Acquisitions Manager at InTown Suites, a Starwood Capital-held investment. At InTown Suites, Ankit was responsible for all aspects of ground up construction, market research, hotel asset valuations, and creating underwriting models for acquisitions. During his four years there, he was responsible for more than $130 million in new construction and $300 million in Acquisitions. Ankit graduated from Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Management from the J. Mack Robinson College of Business.
