Sabine Kraut
SVP, Institutional Investor Relations
Sabine Kraut joined Peachtree Group in 2022 as Senior Vice President of Institutional Investor Relations. She is responsible for institutional fundraising, investor relations and communications. She brings extensive fundraising, investor relations and transactional experience to the firm. In her role, she builds relationships with a diverse audience of limited partners, consultants, deal intermediaries and expands Peachtree Group's investor outreach internationally.
Prior to joining Peachtree Group, Sabine was a Director at Wafra Inc. and part of the company's Real Estate acquisition & asset management team for 17 years. She transacted on real estate deals totaling over $1.4 billion, including all major asset types and was instrumental in raising over $750 million for the firm's multifamily, hospitality and retail funds, primarily from U.S., European and Middle Eastern institutional investor groups.
During her earlier career stage, Sabine was part of Arthur Andersen's Real Estate Group, where she performed all aspects of financial analysis, hotel valuation assignments on a national and international basis, as well as securitization due diligence of CMBS projects. Sabine's previous professional background also encompassed considerable experience in hotel management.
Sabine holds an undergraduate degree from Cornell's School of Hotel Management and received her Master's degree in Real Estate Finance & Investment from NYU. She is a member of the Cornell Hotel Society and RELPI.
