Timothy Ratliff
Vice President, Fund Accounting
Tim is responsible for all real estate investment funds. This includes quarterly and annual financial reporting, coordinating with external audit and tax consultants for annual reporting and implementation of internal controls and procedures. In addition, Tim leads all GAAP audit, tax and fair value reporting for the respective funds.
Tim began his fund investment management career over 17 years ago with Lend Lease Real Estate Investments and advanced as the company was acquired by Morgan Stanley Real Estate Investments in 2006 and eventually acquired by State Street Bank and Trust in 2012. Most recently, he was responsible for the administration of 4 open-ended Core Plus Real Estate Funds with a total NAV of $11B. Tim is a native of Syracuse, New York and obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from State University of New York College at Fredonia.
